Consignment Guidelines.
Consignments are for a minimum of 4 months. Every 30 days there is a 10% markdown on items. At the end of 4 months the items are reduced to 50% if not picked up. Consignors receive 50% of sales price. Payments are made within 72 hours of your request. Your money may also be used as a credit toward purchases in the store. Price is determined by the staff of HomeStyle. We are happy to have your suggestions but reserve the right to determine the final price. To sell through HomeStyle there is a $6.00 annual contract fee. This amount will be deducted from your account.
Item Guidelines: We only accept clean furniture and home accessory items in good condition and style, and generally good quality as determined by HomeStyle LLC. We will not accept items where tobacco smoke is detected. Items will be inspected before being placed on the sales floor. Homestyle reserves the right to decline items we feel we would not be able to sell. All items are accepted at owner's risk. Items for hanging must have wire attached and all mirrors must have backing and be securely fastened. We cannot accept Exercise Equipment, Electronics or Appliances, Clothing, Curtains, Blinds or Shades, Musical instruments, Jewelry, Toys or dolls (unless collectible), Record or Tape Players, Baby Furniture, Tools, Battery Games, Cameras, Guns. No Plastic items please.
